The Bay of
Campeche or the shallow bay, is located in the southern regions Mexico.
It is an inlet located on the Gulf of
Mexico, bordered by the Yucatán Peninsula on the east, the Isthmus of
Tehuantepec on the south, and the state of Veracruz on the west.
